Projects
The Projects page is primarily for the team lead. It displays the projects selected by the team members. A team lead can edit the characteristics of a project or create a new project. The project type is either "Curriculum Analysis" or "Scope and Sequence".
Add Project / Edit Project
This page allows a team lead to set or modify the following characteristics of the team:
- Project Name — A short description that shows on the Projects page
- Description — For reference only, to remind team lead of purpose of project
- Project Type — "Curriculum Analysis" or "Scope and Sequence"
- Health Education Curriculum Name (if "Curriculum Analysis" project type selected)
- Is Locked — This switch toggles on/off the lock status of the project
- When a project is locked, team members will be able to view but not edit the information input and results. A team lead can unlock the project for the team.
Changes will only be saved when the
SAVE button is pressed.
